Section 1 — Introduction and Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding agreement between mmk61 ("we", "the platform") and any person ("user", "player") who uses this website. Please read and make sure you understand the restrictions and obligations set out on this page.

From the moment you access the mmk61 website, register an account, or use any of our services, you are considered to have accepted all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not wish to comply with these terms, please stop using the platform.

Section 2 — Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 — Account Verification

When requesting a withdrawal, or whenever we consider it necessary, the player must provide a copy of their ID, proof of payment method, and proof of address. Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete.

2.2 — Account Suspension and Closure

We may suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons—

• Breach of these terms and conditions
• Clear evidence of fraudulent gameplay or cheating
• Bonus abuse
• Suspicions related to money laundering
• Discovery of multiple accounts opened by the same individual

Section 3 — Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following policies apply to all deposit and withdrawal matters at mmk61—

3.1 — Deposits

When making a deposit, the player must use only their own bank account or payment method. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted. If a deposit does not appear in the platform after completing the transaction, the player may contact customer support with proof of the bank payment.

3.2 — Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the original deposit. If there are verification concerns, the withdrawal may be temporarily suspended and the player will be notified.

The player must understand that if any bonus or promotional funds are cancelled during a pending withdrawal, a difference in the available balance may occur.

3.3 — Anti-Money Laundering

mmk61 has a policy in place to combat money laundering. Any player suspected of involvement may be investigated without prior notice, and any winnings arising from the original funds in question may be voided.

Section 4 — Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions we offer must comply with both their individual policy terms and the general terms in this section at the same time.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

mmk61 offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit (maximum 500,000 Ks). For example—

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive 20,000 Ks bonus → balance 40,000 Ks; to withdraw, the bonus of 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks must be wagered
• Deposit 1,020,000 Ks → receive 500,000 Ks bonus → balance 1,520,000 Ks; to withdraw, the bonus of 500,000 Ks × 15 = 7,500,000 Ks must be wagered

4.2 — General Bonus Terms

• The specific wagering requirement and validity period for each bonus will be stated in the offer terms.
• If a player is found to have deliberately engaged in bonus abuse, the bonus and any related winnings will be voided.
• When a bonus is claimed, funds are not transferred from the main balance into the bonus balance — the player can use their own funds without the bonus.
• If the bonus validity period expires while wagering requirements remain unmet, the bonus funds will be automatically forfeited.

4.3 — VIP Program

mmk61 has four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. As the VIP tier increases, the weekly cashback rate rises—

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tier progression depends on the player's gaming history and activity. Cashback will be credited as bonus funds, and wagering requirement details will be announced in the offer.

Section 5 — Player Responsibilities

Every player who accesses and uses the mmk61 platform has the following responsibilities—

• Do not share or lend your account to any third party
• Do not use software exploits, bots, or computer-assisted playing methods
• Do not attempt to search for or exploit vulnerabilities or weaknesses in the platform
• Do not engage in collusion or unfair play
• You must comply with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy
• Play using your own judgment and do not blame the platform for your losses

5.1 — Account Security

Players are responsible for keeping their own login credentials and password secure. If you become aware that a third party has accessed your account, notify mmk61 customer service immediately. mmk61 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

5.2 — Responsible Gaming

Section 6 — Intellectual Property

All content, designs, software, code, graphics, and any other material on this website is owned by mmk61 and protected by copyright.

• Players may not extract, copy, or distribute any asset of the platform without prior written permission from mmk61
• Reverse-engineering the platform or decompiling its source code is strictly prohibited
• The mmk61 brand name may not be registered with any international complaint body or trade council for dishonest purposes

Section 7 — Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

To the extent not restricted by law, mmk61 is not liable for losses arising from the following—

• Server failures, network connectivity issues, or force majeure events
• Player's own errors or failure to keep their account secure
• Delays caused by third-party services (banks, payment providers)
• Technical breaches caused by third-party game content providers

We provide our service on an "as-is" basis and cannot guarantee that it will perform exactly as players expect.

Section 9 — Specific Prohibitions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mmk61 platform—

• Automated play using computer programs (bots, scripts, macros)
• Collusion between players to manipulate games
• Game manipulation (cheat engines, memory manipulation)
• Deliberate bonus abuse — claiming a full bonus and attempting to withdraw funds through minimum wagering in order to generate profit
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering
• Facilitating or allowing a minor (under 21+) to gamble

Players must understand that if any of these violations are detected, the account may be closed immediately and funds forfeited.

Section 10 — Amendments and Final Provisions

mmk61 may amend any clause of this agreement at any time. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on the site. Continued use of the service means you accept the amended terms.

If any clause of this agreement is found unenforceable by a court, the remaining clauses continue to apply. This agreement as a whole constitutes the complete agreement between the player and mmk61 and supersedes all prior communications (regardless of the medium).
